ILR - Correct Application Form

Post by shaa12 » Thu Feb 27, 2020 5:12 pm

Hello guys, I need help to choose the right form from subject matter experts please.

I am legally residing in the UK for more than 10 years now. All my previous visas are PBS dependant (Tier 4 and Tier 1). Could you please help me choose the right application form to apply for ILR now. Thank you

SET LR if applying for ilr based on 10 years long residence and having 10 years legal stay and meeting all the standard requirements.

SET O if applying as pbs dependent if your spouse has already received ilr based on PBS route (not long residence)

Thank you CR001! My spouse (previously PBS primary applicant) has got ILR now. So now, does it mean my application is an independent application based on 10 years long stay meeting the specified requirements? thanks in advance!

Set LR is not a "dependent" application. You have to meet all the requirements on your own.
