For job creation in your new UK business you do not need a chartered accountant, any accountant, even yourself,
The chartered accountant you need is for investment in the visa extension stage, not ILR.

Until you enroll biometrics for all applicants, the processing by ho doesn't start. Failure to enrol biometrics will cause your application to be rejected.
