Apply for ILR before 28 days of 5 years (T2 General)

I am currently on T2 General work visa and my current leave to remain expires on August 2020. The 5 years with my current employer completes in 11th May 2020 and I'm wondering if I can apply for ILR 28 days before my 5 year completes.

I have plans to travel outside of UK at the end of October and If I apply on 13 April 2020, the 26 weeks completes on 12 October 2020.

All applications are currently delayed. All ukcvas biometric centres for are closed.

Standard service, after biometrics, is usually 8 weeks.

If all the ukcavas biometric centers are closed, I guess the best route for me is super priority service once the lockdown is over.
