Need help regarding directorship of a limited company and covid 19 scheme

I have a little question about my online ILR (SET-M) application which i am going to submit in few days.

For the past 12 months me and wife have been a full-time permanent employees of a company, and we will be relying upon that alone to fulfil the income requirement.

Separately, I am also the director of a limited company in the UK. That company is only active but not conducting any business activities.i did not receive any income from that company.
Under the Financial section of the online application form, it asks:
Are you the director or non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK? (Yes/No)

What should i reply ? If
And my second question is
Because if this covid 19 situation my employer is claiming 80% from government.
Me and my partner receive same salary for past 11 month but for april 2020 it will be different because of furlough. It will be still above the threshold which is 18600.

If you chooses category A salaried person then then lowest wage figure during the last 6 months will be considered to calculate the annual income.

You should only answer questions relevant to your ILR case. If you are not relying on your position as a director, answer NO

UKVI liaise a lot of times with HMRC and if your tax affairs are in agreement with them including from directorship then most likely you will be fine.
