Tier 2 (Emolyer ) ILR ; Maternity leave / Citezenship after ILR-,husband UK citizen

I would be grateful for your guidance.

I came to UK on Tier 2 (NHS) on 1 August 2015,
On 1 August 2020 I will complete my 5 year residence in UK. my visa expires on 30 August 2020.

1) Currently I am not on maternity leave and my income is more than threshold. I was on maternity leave in 2017 for 9 months and my income was less than threshold at that time. In online application UKVI did not asked for previous maternity leave and my concern is that my less income in 2017 can be a problem . Do i need to inform about this to UKVI ? How, as there is no additional information section in online application as well?

2) My husband is a British citizen via his own Tier 1 and my kid is British citizen as born in UK,
Our marriage is not registered in UK but our marriage certificate from abroad is known to home office , his name is there on my passport and we live together, after my ILR. Do I need to wait 1year after my ILR to apply for citizenship or I can apply for Citizenship immediately after ILR as my husband is British citizen (though i never been his dependent)?

3) In case I dont need to wait 1 year after my ILR, do i need to register marriage in the UK or marriage certificate from abroad in English will be sufficient?

No issue. Nothing you need to do.

You need to ask your British citizenship questions in the British Citizenship sub forum. This question is not relevant to the ILR sub forum. No need to wait 1 year on ILR if you are married to a British citizen AND you meet all the 3 year residence requirements. There is no 'dependent' concept for citizenship.
