Which ILR application form to use?

Hi,

My wife is on a Tier 2 dependent visa and she has now completed 5 years on it. I got my ILR in 2018 but at the time my wife had not completed 5 years as my dependent and she continued being on Tier 2 dependent. What form should we be using for her ILR application?

We used the Set O form but in 'Section 1. Start', we are asked this question -
Which visa is Mr Vik applying for or been granted?
Choose the route that Mr Vik has applied for or been granted, even if their application is still being processed.

And the options in the drop down are all Tier 2 variants. I was on Tier 2 General but as mentioned before got my ILR in 2018.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

There is only one form she can use, SET O.

We used the Set O form but in 'Section 1. Start', we are asked this question -

Choose the route that Mr Vik has applied for or been granted, even if their application is still being processed.

The options should give you tier 2 general, you select that.

And the options in the drop down are all Tier 2 variants. I was on Tier 2 General but as mentioned before got my ILR in 2018.
