IRL 10 YEAR ROUTE

Hi Guys,

Went for orally JR to get right of appeal in 26 Oct 2016 Toeic allegation but home office gave right of appeal one day 25th Oct 2016 before JR hearing. On basis of artical 8 I have applied same time of JR. Went on JR hearing judge refused JR and said you have already right of appeal why are you here now Etc.

Try to find on my SAR report but cant find it as it is 162 pages.

Is my section 3C broken can I apply for ILR 10 year route?
My 10 year long residence complete 5th September 2020.
FLR FP 10 year route now.

If you expect any useful advice, you will need to post the full UK immigration history with all relevant dates (application, approval, refusal, reasons for refusal, etc etc).

JR is also NOT a process under the immigration rules and does NOT give you section 3C protection.
