ILR (LR) Dependant application query

Post by mikep » Sun Oct 25, 2020 4:52 pm

Hi All,
I am applying for ILR (Long Residence). My family will be eligible to apply after one month for ILR (LR). I am currently on tier 2 visa.
Few queries.

1) What will be my family member visa status if I get ILR while their application is in process.
2) Is it alright if I apply now or wait for them to get eligible for LR. please note all applicants have to apply separately in LR situation.
3) Any feedback on biometric appointment booking timelines. what are waiting time to get biometric appointment currently.

Thanks

1)&2). Why not you all apply together through separate applications and then book your biometrics when you will qualify which exhibiting fairly easier to be done in your circumstances. Also by doing so, you all will be covered by section 3C until receiving the outcome regardless of whoever achieve that first.

3) Plenty of text commentary about it which you can search by yourself. Also keep in touch with official link too.
