Set(O) Dependent query

Hello to all Experts,
I have granted ILR on 5years PBS route after Tier 1 exceptional talent visa. I have applied alone and Now I have got applied for my Husband and daughter as dependent. Form has been filled and submitted online and now I am upto uploading documents on UKVCAS.
1. When I printed documents checklist, in the declaration section it asked for my declaration as main application so what should I write? Is that any ready format should I use or I should write letter addressing to UKVI and declare that I was main applicant and now they are applying as dependent.
2. Also in the Mandatory documents asked only passports copies for both. And in the other documents categories my husband’s English test, declaration of mine, old passports and brps for both. Nothing else has been asked. No bank or bills or anything has been asked. So is that all Ok.
Please kindly advise.

Your spouse should be the main applicant on the form. I hope you have completed it correctly. Spouse as main applicant and child as dependent.

Yes he is the main applicant on Set( o) dependent form.
