Help on filling ILR set(M) form

Hi All,

I am applying for my partner's ILR Set(M) - I have a few doubts, hope to get an understanding with your help.

1. While filling out my details, need to provide the date of citizenship obtained - my naturalization certificate dated 06-12-2015 and passport issue date is 16-02-2016, which one shall I use?

2.For accommodation details, I have answered that we are renting and filled monthly rent amount but in the document checklist asking for evidence of monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live, For example, a tenancy or mortgage agreement, not sure what to provide here because only my name is appearing on the agreement.

1. Date on your certificate as that is the date you became British. A passport is merely a travel document.

2. Tenancy agreement is fine.
