Waiting for almost a YEAR for FLRM Decision?

Straight forward application. Applied on May 2020 and still waiting. I've done everything from escalating to filing complaint to reaching out to MP all multiple times with no result. Now people are getting results within a week if not days. They even started priority service and I was told all that time that they are working from home and dont have enough man power and stuff hahaha but now they can do it under a day for extra money. I guess I'll just withdraw my applicationa and leave this country.
