before i do my biometric can i go out of uk?

As title says i messed up my application.
I was planning to go super prioritservice but didnt give me option, ı thought they will ask me in next steps but it was already so late ı already paid for standart service.
Question is;
Can i cancel my application and have my money back?
If i can which form should i use it?

I dont wanna wat 6 months for response however i read something to saying if i applied in uk fees non refındable so i cant bin £2400 .. please advise me

my visa expires in october 2021. i submit my application august 2021 but not attend any biometric appointment yet. can i go out of uk before my biometric appointment and come back before october and attend to my biometric appointment?

By reference to immigration rule 34K it seems that applications for permission to stay are only withdrawn automatically by UKVI if and when the applicant travels outside the CTA after the proof of identity document (passport) has been provided and returned, i.e. only after the biometric appointment but before the decision.
