ILR application Due - Date Clarification

Hi Team,

I am on a Tier 2 General Visa since Jan 2017.

My appointment date was on Dec 16 2016
My Visa decision was confirmed on Dec 19 2016
UK arrival Date is on Jan 04 2017.
BRP Start Date is on Jan 3 2017.

With all the above dates when I will be eligible to submit the application for ILR?

28 days advance to which above date I need to select from?

What was the initial start date on your visa vignette?

Your appointment date is completely irrelevant anyway, so not why this was mentioned.

If you referring to the 30 days Visa stamped in the passport during the application then it's

Valid from - 27/12/2016

Valid until - 26-01-2017
