applying for ilr for tier2 dependent partner

Hi,
I want to apply for my wife's ilr , below is the current scenario
1) I have ilr through tier2 , 5 years route , my wife came to the country one year after me on pbs dependent leave to remain visa , after i got my ilr , she continued to be in pbs dependent leave to remain visa, her visa is set to expire on september 2022 , and she has already been in the visa status for more than 5 years ,
we also have a daughter who is british citizen by birth , as she was born after my ilr .
now my question is
1) can she apply for ilr now , and which is the form we should be using ?
2) can she travel outside the UK , when the ilr application is in progress ? do we need to submit the passport for it ? say if she goes out of country for 2 months after applying for ilr.
3) is fast track ilr application open , given the current scenario with covid.

1. Yes, form SET O

2. No, she cannot travel out of the uk while an application is pending. If she does, her application will be considered withdrawn and you lose the ilr fee. Originals are no longer submitted, digital copies only but she still cannot travel.

3. Yes, if capacity allows it and you get the option.
