ILR Application for PBS dependant

Hi,
I was on a tier 2 general visa and received my ILR in 2021. My wife only completed her 5 years on a Tier 2 dependant visa in 2022 and is now eligible for ILR .
While I understand I need to select the Set (O) form, which option under set O do I select:
Tier 2
Tier 2 dependant
Other

If I select Tier 2 dependant, it asks me for my details as the sponsor along with my CoS which is no longer relevant as I already have my ILR.

It's tier 2 dependent as that is the visa she holds.

Yes, you need to out the last cos and sponsor details of when you had tier 2.
