I received an email today from the home office that I need to provide another COS copy. I am currently on maternity leave and surely the COS we provided has all the information in there. What are the information needed in the COS whilst on maternity? I am afraid my visa will be denied. Has there been someone who applied for ILR whilst on maternity and got the visa?

Possibly they need your sponsor to confirm the expected salary when your return to work
An applicant may currently be absent from work for any of the following reasons:
• statutory maternity leave, paternity leave or parental leave
• statutory adoption leave
• sick leave
• assisting with a national or international humanitarian or environmental crisis
(providing their sponsor agreed to the absence for that purpose)
• taking part in legally organised industrial action
If the sponsor has stated the applicant is currently absent from work for one of these
reasons or has returned from such an absence within the month before the date of
application, they may currently be on reduced or nil pay. You must consider their
salary on their return to work, as stated by their sponsor.
You must also bear in mind the impact reduced or nil pay will have had on their
PAYE records. You should ask the sponsor to confirm the dates of the absence or
absence (if they have not already done so) and check earlier PAYE records if
necessary.

In my COS that I have submitted it included my standard pccupational code (SOC), the date when I started my mat leave and that I will be on the same code when I’m back to work. So I am confused now cause they are asking me for a letter from sponsor regarding my SOC that I have already sent them. I am really terrified that they will turn down my application because of my maternity pay.

I have applied for ILR last March and I did receive an email from the home office yesterday saying that I need to send my Certificate of sponsorship with my work code details and my pay. But I have already aubmitted the documents which includes the details that they want from me. Should I just send the same copy or ask my employer to revise it?
But I thought when you’re on mat leave, you should include the details of date of leave and work code, pay and the contracted hours.
I am afraid they will turn down my application. And since the result is pending, i might ran out of time to reapply.

Did you read anything above or are you just repeating yourself over and over again and freaking out ?
Your sponsor needs to give a letter with the expected pay and SOC code for
when you return to work. Your sponsor simply needs to confirm all of those
