Marriage Visa ILR

I’ve been on 5y route marriage visa, I just completed my online application for ILR but only standard service come up waiting upto 6months, I've always used the super priority but the super priority option never came up, is this normal or know why? Thank you

Online Application - Why there is no Super Priority Service Option ?
