Ilr for dependents

Hi I need help regarding my kids Ilr my family came in uk in January 2019 on tier 1 enterprnure visa. In April 2019 I got my ilr in 2020 my family switch on suppose visa from tier1 to family rute. Now I want to apply ilr for them is my 5 years time start from January 2019 or from 2020 when they switch on suppose visa

Their clock for ilr starts when they switched to spouse visa in 2020.
