Query Regarding Early ILR Application and Super Priority Service

I would like to know how early I can apply for ILR based on the 10-year long residence route. I have heard that it’s possible to apply 28 days before completing the 10-year requirement.

I arrived in the UK on 14 October 2014, so I will complete 10 years of continuous residence on 14 October 2024. If I apply 28 days early (around 16 September 2024) and use the Super Priority service, will the Home Office make a decision immediately, or will they wait until I have completed the full 10 years before making a decision?
