Hello guys. Please can someone help me clarify something. I want to apply for ILR for my kids. My kids are presently on a dependent skilled worker visa. But I already got my ILR since Nov 2023. The issue was that the I and the wife applied for ILR in 2023 without the kids to save money.
Now I am trying to apply for ILR for my kids but the form is asking for COS certificate number for main applicant as if I am applying at the same time as the kids. But I have been on ILR for 1 year and have no valid COS.
Please does anyone have any knowledge of what to do in this situation.

You put the last CoS and sponsor details you had before applying for ILR.

Thank you for your prompt reply and thanks for your patience. Please let me work through some of the questions so you can help me know if I am doing the right stuff.
One of the questions is:
Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.
I selected *Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant* since it's for the kids.
Next questions is: Enter their biometric residence permit (BRP) number of the person you are joining or accompanying.
Here I do not know whether to enter the BRP number of of the ILR or the BRP number of the last tier 2 visa before ILR
Next question is Which visa is Mrs XXX applying for or been granted?
I choose Skilled Worker visa, even though she already has ILR
Next is If they have one, what is Mrs XXX's sponsor licence number?
I do not know what to put here as she has ILR and do not use sponsorship. Even though she used sponsorship in her last visa
I do not know what you suggest. Please if you can help me with this

Thank you for your help so far. Please if you do not mind elaborating a little bit, because there are people saying that the kids should have applied for ILR at the same time as their parents, and since they didn't do that, that their dependent visa became Invalid the minute their parents got ILR and that means that they are in the country illegally

You can use either set o or set f.
Set f is for children when both parents have ilr.
Set o is for skilled worker dependents.

Are you saying it does not matter which one we use? We both have ILR but the kids are still on the skill worker dependent visa. Does it not matter which one we use?
