Hi Bizman,
bizman wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 11:56 amThanks for the information. Two more questions
Did you exceed your old BRP expiry before you got ILR BRP and
Yes, my BRP was expired well before I got my ILR
Did the prove of work online status change as well?
Status was the same that your BRP expires/not valid but I have not checked recently the status online. I believe it does not matter any more as long as ILR granted and I hold valid BRP. Are you worried about the status or any thing to do with this?
Thanks for your help.
No worries at all about your status. The got the letter and BRP, the most important documents for prove of status. Just wanted to know as we are still waiting and my BRP expires today.Haadiz wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 4:54 pmbizman wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 11:56 amThanks for the information. Two more questions

In my point of view always depends Home Office and case workers, because of this forum I came to know, here is no time period to get decided, some applicant still waiting from more than six months, and some decisions are made before two months. same no criteria if main applicant apply first or altogether with dependents.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 11:29 pmAlways best if main applicant applies alone first (obviously if dependents have valid leave to stay and the situation allows that) and dependents apply after the main applicant is granted ILR. Risk free and always very quick decision for dependents even on standard service. Good your sorted. Good luck for your future.
