ITS ALL CONFUSING!!!! PLEASE HELP

Hello all,

i am married to a British Citizen, we got married in december 2009 in Ghana 2009 my settlement visa was issued on the 18/10/2010, i entered the U.K on 2/11/2010 the visa expires on 18/1/2013 please i will like to know when its best to turn in my application, some say 28days before my visa expires others say 28days before the 2 year mark of living in the U.K. I will appreciate it if someone could kindly clarify this for me.

Please note that i will be using the PEO only just incase you need these information in order to aid the calculation.

If your date of entry to the UK (as the spouse of a BC) was 02/11/2010, then the second anniversary of date of entry would be 02/11/2012. So, thereby the earliest you can apply is 28 days before 02/11/2012. The latest would be the current visa expiry date (18/01/2013).

Q - What is the earliest day I can apply for ILR?
A - One can apply no earlier than 28 days before the 2nd (family route) / 4th (HSMP before 03-Apr-06) / 5th (other economic migrants) anniversary of either date of entry in the UK (overseas applications) or date of switching (in-country applications). In all cases, one must apply for ILR or for another visa before expiry of current visa.
