ILR application short of 14 days to fulfill 10 years

Hi All

I am hoping to apply for long residence (10 years) category but I had 14 days short to fulfill 10 years.
Can you share your experience that am I eligible to apply for ILR.

(NB: my 14 day shortage will be on Christmas and New Year vacation,)

Also I had 3 dependent their visa also will finish on the same day of mine. But they wasn't continue stay with me last time they join me June 2011.
Now which form shall we use for us?

What is your current immigration category?

I am in TIER 1 General (first 2 years) as a self employee.

I think that you may make in-time postal applications, using the SET(O) form (long residence) for yourself and the form FLR(M) for your dependants.

I was also preparing for this, I do fulfill the other requirements for 10 years long resident. Hope all will sorted smoothly. many thanks for your opinion.
Any suggestion for any one else???
