SET (M) PEO Appointment Booking fee

I have to book PEO Appointment and I was told that I have to pay £100 at the time of booking the appointment ?

Is this correct ?

May be so after 06/04. At present nothing to pay. They might recover the £ 100 at the time of payment at PEO.

So if I book before 6th of April I have nothing to pay at the booking process ?

I haven't heard from any one that they have been charged £100. You will find out yourself when you book before 06/04.

Thanks alot kevin, one other question:

I have all the required co-hab docs, but unfortunately my wife's names comes as miss intead of mrs, is this a problem ?

What does the Passport say?. And you have the Marriage Certificate. Your Name is there as Surname on the documents. So don't worry. That should be o.k.You can explain to the CW.

thanks kevin, yes i do have marriage certificate, but she has her maiden name not my name.

What about Voting Registration Card, NHS Card, GP Letters?

hi kevin, just gone through all documents and not even a single document mention it as mrs, I am really worried now, any suggestion ?
