salary for ILR based on 5y WP-applications made after 5/4/13

Can any one confirm that these are still good for ILR applications made after 5 April 2013?
By the way when would the new forms be available?

and, what are " SOC2000 codes" or "SOC2010 codes"?
Have to say I don't have a clue

For all applicant immigration rules are bible. Whatever written in immigration rules are defined, it is followed.
As per current immigration rule for TIER2(ICT) section 245 GF(e) mention:-
(e) The sponsor that issued the Certificate of Sponsorship that led to the applicant's last grant of leave must certify in writing that:
(i) he still requires the applicant for the employment in question, and
(ii) he is paid at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the Codes of Practice in Appendix J.
So it proves section J is still referred.

Read the SOC 2010,it is very easy to understand.After 06/04 ,the New Form will adhere to SOC 2010,Not SOC 2000. Your Job and List of Duties should exactly match or a nearest match,and should be quoted in your Employer's letter for ILR. Also,the other post refers how your Employer should word your ILR letter.Hope this helps.Now need to Cry

If someone going for ILR in April, his tier2 has been approved using SOC code 2000 then how come SOC 2010 will be applicable.
It may happen that person has to match salary requirement but it will be contradiction to show different SOC code in employer letter.

Most of the SOC Codes 2010 are still the same as SOC 2000. There is a a difference in Salaries.

Also, statement of intent mention as below
Only those who entered Tier 2 (or the work permit arrangements) before 6 April 2011 may be paid below these thresholds, when they apply to extend their stay, change employment, or settle in the UK. [i][b]However, in most of these cases, the “experienced worker” rate will apply; the “new entrant”
rate will only be relevant to those applicants who have been in Tier 2 and/or the work permit arrangements for less than 3 years and 1 month in total when they make their next application.[/b][/i]
Can someone please clarify this. It mentions 'may be paid below these thresholds and also it mentions however the experienced worker rate will apply. I am bit confused with this sentence.
My profile is - Civil engineer on work permit since sep 2008 but my salary is appropriate to SOC 2000 which is around 21000 but according to SOC 2010 salary of experienced worker needs to be 27900. Please clarify whether new salary requirement applies to work permit holder or not.

Just checked the SOC code stays the same, however where can I find the salary requirements equivalent to this link?

Had a lot at SOC Codes 2010, as you said the code was just the same (hopefully the following is the correct link?)

Now the problem is that I could not find the salary requirements equivalent to this link for applications after 6 April:

I have looked at Statement of Intent: codes of practice for skilled workers at the following link:

however there are just 2 thresholds for new entrant and experienced worker but both salary are considerably lower than what was required on "Occupation codes of practice for Tier 2 - valid until 5 April 2013".
My employer has already done the letter for me, what should I do now?

The requirement says you should get at least what is mentioned based on whether you are experienced or entrant and not exactly the same amount.
Moreover , your SOC code is unchanged so i don't see any issue .

However my employer's letter does not mention the figure for salary requirement in COP (as the employer is not sure which figure to show), will that be a problem?
The letter does say my salary "over the appropriate rate" as my salary exceeds both figures in the old(higher) and new(lower) COP.
