Hi,

I am on ICT tier 2 since Jan 2007 and current visa is valid till June - 13.
I am applying for my ILR visa 1st week of June.

Kids - They are on PBS dependent on my visa from birth
Wife - Work permit

My whole family was PBS dependent on me from Jan 2007. Last 6 months before my wife has changed her visa from PBS dependent to work permit for some reason. She is working as dentist.

As per my understanding she is not eligible for ILR as she has changed her visa from PBS dependent to Work Permit recently.

Still my kids are dependent on me. Can my kid apply for ILR with my application as they are on PBS dependent visa? My kids are below 16 age.

My kid’s visa is expiring same time as mine [June -13].

Is their any restriction applying for Kid settlement visa if both parents are having different visa status?

Where were the kids born?
Why did your wife change status?

I have 2 kids

Daughter 6 year old - born in India.
Son 2 years old - born in UK

My wife has changed her visa from PBS dependent to WP tier 2 as her visa was valid for short duration and we were not sure about my Job continuity in UK.

Now I got confirmation from my employer they can support my ILR application
