ILR from Tier 1 Main Applicant and Dependent

Hi all,

I will be completing my five years on Tier 1 and will apply for settlement in September (2013). My wife has a Tier -1 dependent which was issued to her in May 2012. She joined me here in June 2012.

By the time I will apply for the application, she would have only completed 1 year and 3 months in UK.

My question is that should I send a single application for my settlement and her passport together with it.

Or would I have to send two separate applications for my settlement and her visa extension?

Note that both my and her visas expire in September

Best regards

You may apply for settlement.
Your wife may apply for an extension. Period of grant is subject to 319D(a)(ii).
