Absence of 200+ days

Hi,

I meet all requirements with the exception of the 180 days limit.
My out of country days sheet looks like:

30 Mar 2009 - 27 Feb 2010 - 52
28 Feb 2010 - 27 Feb 2011 - 202
28 Feb 2011 - 27 Feb 2012 - 27
28 Feb 2012 - 27 Feb 2013 - 30
28 Feb 2013 - 27 Feb 2014 - 34

Tier 1 General candidate.

During the long absence, I was continuing to be paid into my UK account and paying HM tax but was working remotely for personal and professional reasons.

Question - Is it worth applying via PEO directly without taking chances of losing all my visa fees/rejection for ILR? If yes, could you please elaborate the best approach?

PS: I could split the break to make it less than 180 but that will delay my application by few months so trying to work my options here without having to wait for that extra few months.

Thanks for all your help/suggestions and assistance with this:)

Tee

If you push it just for a month it will be fine .You can check it from 30 april 2009 .

What was the reason for your 180 day + absence?

Reason for absence - I had gone through a personal situation (divorce) and wanted to stay out of the country so chose to go on secondment to a different place.

I was away between July - March (was in UK during Dec), split would mean I wait and apply in late July/August to cover and that would be few months...
