Folks,
Is it a must that one obtains the letter from current (as well as Previous) employer to indicate the holidays taken? Work or Personal paid or unpaid when travelled outside of the UK. I have had number of short visits for work and holidays and am getting bit curious over this with my application due in two weeks time!
Reason I question is because, I have just changed employment and not sure if my previous company would be very keen on writing me a letter confirming this?

If you can get it then get it. I know many cases who didn't take this letter and got ILR.

Good Luck

I wish I was out of the UK for 6 months in a year (amen to that!!). Luckily all my business trips have been short (week or so) and so are the personal holidays. My total absence in last 5 years are about 90.

So I presume, I would survive the onslaught!!

Thanks guys, R
