Thanks to all gurus and senior members I know I am eligible for ILR in Jan 2015 but Can you please confirm if I can apply ILR on a date for which 5 years back I was not in UK? my case below:-

Entry in UK------Exit from UK---
24/01/2010----- 14/03/2010-----
20/06/2010----- 13/01/2012----

Date Visa Granted---- Visa Category-------------------------------End Date
20/01/2010----------- TIER 2 INT COM TRAN(MIGRANT)--------10/02/2011
11/02/2011----------- T2 ICT EST STAFF LEAVE TO REMAIN----17/05/2011

I am planning to travel to India so I am thinking of applying for ILR after 14th March.My query is can I do so? Can I apply for ILR lets say on 20th March, 2015; when 5 years back I was not in UK and the gap in entry and exit was more that 90 days?

Hello Varun,

Please confirm what you used your entry date in section 6.1 of SET O form?

Did 90 days absence caused any issue?

My ILR experience is at following link:-

I skipped the part of 90 days so applied after completing 5 years after the 90 days period. The date I mentioned was my second entry in UK i.e. 20/06/2010 in my case.
