Was given further enquiry letter after waiting for almost 6hrs.

initial visa - salaried

tier1 extension - salaried

ILR - salaried

Absences < 180 and no dependents involved with the application to make it complex.

Very straight forward application. But the caseworker for some reason thinks it is a very complex case and cant be given a same day decision.

very sorry to hear, but if you believe everything was correct, then nothing to worry about, it should go through.

Did you apply alone or with family? also what documents were produced for the application ?

don't worry; it should go through.. all the best

Had a CCJ in 2007 but submitted letter of satisfaction from court. Declared it on the form.

Had 12 PCN's over 5 years(3 in last 1 year) and 1FPN in the last 1 year. None were declared as they were not given by court.

Absences: I was in US for 2 months on company work. None of the absences were more than 180 days though.

With regards to employment I was with the same employer for last 5 years.

Can anybody please advise if the above issues are a problem for ILR??

Argus please advise.

also if you are on salary - why you need to sort out your taxes?

yes 2009-10 taxes employed + self employed

taxes for that year are all up to date and after that i was on perm employment.

can you please advise if CCJ and PCN or FPN would be an issue by any chance for delaying the application.

As i said in my earlier post CCJ is satisfied and letter attached from court with the set o application
