ILR - SET(O) 5 year Period Processing times in 2015

Hi,
Could some one please advise (who recently applied for ILR SET(O) 5 year period Tier-1 Category) how long the ILR applications are been processed and getting approved who applied in 2015 ? I am just thinking to apply through POST if its reasonable wait times... OR Do I have to go for premium service ?
My case is straight forward and hence thought of asking this question to all of you...
