Dear Zimba88, I will highly appreciate if you could help me on urgent basis.

I have applied for ILR Tier1 Entrepreneur Accelerated route 5 million turnover, on second of March 2016 and on 02/09/2016 been refused due to my lawyer mistake (, on 06/09/2016 applied of AR , on 05/10/2016 AR also refused(original refusal decision is maintained). Applied for leave to remain (LTR) as a Tier1 Entrepreneur on 25/10/2016 and was granted on 20/02/2017. My question is, can i apply of ILR Accelerated route 5 million turnover after my tier1 entrepreneur extension or I have to wait until completion of 5 years.

What was the 'lawyers mistake'?

Yes you can. The accelerated ILR simply reduces the specified period for ILR from 5 years to 3 years. It can be applied any time on Tier 1E visa if you qualify.

Thank you Zimba88 for your response. Yes I am qualified for applying under Accelerated route of 5 million turnover. In the application form set0 they asked for creating 2 jobs with 5 million. The number of employees before joining the company were 4 full time and 5 part time. Do I need to show 5 million turnover and 9 full time or only shows 5 million turnover.

You either have to show:

10 Full time jobs for 10 people which were maintained for 12 months AFTER extension granted (OR)
Min £5M turnover PLUS equivalent of at least two full time positions created/maintained AFTER extension granted

You mean I have to wait until 20/02/2018 for applying under Accelerated route 5 Million plus 2 full time job

There is NO such a thing original current appointment report. You simply have to get a free copy online (NOT from the Beta service but the companies house webcheck service)

Depends if you are covered by transitional arrangements or not. If yes, you only need 24 months of employment AFTER extension (e.g 4 employees for 6 months).
If not, then you need two full time positions for at least 12 months AFTER extension granted to be eligible.
