Hi all,
I would like to know what's needed to apply for a 3 year old uk indefinate leave to remain.
Me and my husband are in the uk and left our daughter in Africa. The questions is,
How many bedroom should we rent to be able for her to join us?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Was your husband a British citizen when your child was born?

So the subject of your post is misleading.. i.e., indefinite leave to remain.
your son needs to apply for a dependent visa, same as yours.

In which case, as your child was born before you were granted British citizenship, they will follow the immigration path of the least privileged parent, in this case your wife.
Your child will have to go through all the same entry clearances and renewals, before being able to apply for ILR with their mother and finally British citizenship.
You are required to show a minimum income of £22,400 p.a and in addition to the visa fee of £1,464 you will have to pay the £600 NHS surcharge.

My advice is the same. You will have to apply for an entry clearance visa (settlement) for your child and they will have to extend their visa when your wife applies for her extensions...and will qualify for ILR only when your wife does.
Do you have annual income of at least £22,400? This can be joint income with your wife.
(My earlier post was addressed to you (the husbands) as it was confusing who was posting the questions, you or your wife).

Yes, as the lounge will be counted as a room. In any event, your child will only require their own room after the age of 10. See below for the official guidance - 12. MAA12 Overcrowding

Hi Casa
Is it very important to have a property evaluation report as supporting documents or it's not that necessary
Thanks

Not unless the property is in multiple occupancy. How many people are living there?

Should be fine. If the apartment is rented you will need written permission from the landlord agreeing to your wife living there.
If you own the property, submit either a copy of the mortgage agreement, or if owned outright a copy of the property deeds.
