Hi everyone,
I am posting my IRL application next week and today I received a notice of intended prosecution for speeding.
The speed limit was 70mph and they caught me speeding 90mph,
I don't think by next week I will hear the result, so what should I put in my application form?
Please advice.
Thanks.

You still do not have a conviction however you could get a court conviction later. Your ILR application will be held until court verdict is known

Most likely outcome is 3 points and £100 fine.

You're one week away from ILR and driving 90mph ! No wonder some people stop driving 2 year prior to ILR
Jokes aside, if you get £100 with points on license with no court presence then you don't have to worry.

Thanks guys, this was my first speeding ticket in my life.
I will apply next week and wait to see what happens, fingers crossed.
Such stressful days. Best of luck to all of you waiting for a decision.

If I were you, I would not post my ILR application just yet until I hear from Police whether they still intend to take me to the court or just offer me to pay fine and get some points on licence. Although, the guidelines say they should only prosecute if someone is doing 96mph on a 70mph road but you never know.
Unless your existing leave is expiring soon, why not wait for a couple of weeks at max?
Edit: The fine could be 50% of your weekly earnings if you do go to court.

Hi
As per website here
http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/p_to_r/road ... ces/#fixed
You will get court conviction only if over 96mph so basically you'll only get fixed penalty so it will not impact your ILR
