You're one week away from ILR and driving 90mph ! No wonder some people stop driving 2 year prior to ILRmajid994 wrote:Hi everyone,
I am posting my IRL application next week and today I received a notice of intended prosecution for speeding.
The speed limit was 70mph and they caught me speeding 90mph,
I don't think by next week I will hear the result, so what should I put in my application form?
Please advice.
Thanks.
If I were you, I would not post my ILR application just yet until I hear from Police whether they still intend to take me to the court or just offer me to pay fine and get some points on licence. Although, the guidelines say they should only prosecute if someone is doing 96mph on a 70mph road but you never know.majid994 wrote:Thanks guys, this was my first speeding ticket in my life.
I will apply next week and wait to see what happens, fingers crossed.
Such stressful days. Best of luck to all of you waiting for a decision.
