What are the changes?
Application Form itself reduced from 88 pages to 85 pages and Absences Table reduced the boxes which I have observed and I am applying under Tier 2 so in regards to my visa category there is no changes.

Changes made to the Entrepreneur section of the Set(O) ILR form

The latest version of the Set (O) ILR form has been updated and changes have been made to the Entrepreneur 5 year settlement part of the form. It has been shorter, with just two parts asking about job creation and continued business activity.
For example, the first part of the form, about confirming again that the investment was made during the initial period of leave, has been removed.
The last part on continous residence has also been removed from this section.

Perhaps this has been done because people were sending too many documents at this stage.

Old form:

30 October 2017
Updated form and guidance published.
7 July 2017
Updated guidance.
6 April 2017
Updated application form and guidance for use on or after 6 April 2017.

Yes, I think you should fill the new form.
If it's a PEO appointment, you could take both and confirm there which one to submit.

I'm not an expert on this, but that's what I would do.

Hi Zimba,

Agreed, can you able to suggest which version of form we need to submit for today's PEO appointment. OR

We need to get the confirmation from PEO centre?

Thank you, exactly that what I have done at the moment. I have taken both forms printouts so that I can submit which ever is relevant. Also I believe we need to submit the new version because we are submitting on or after 3oth October.

Paragraph 34 of the Immigration Rules specifies certain requirements with which an application on a form specified for the purpose of the Rules must comply.

To make a valid application, you must: • apply on the current version of the SET(O) form;

• pay the specified fee by one of the methods specified in the payment guidance; • provide a valid passport or (unless a PBS applicant) a national identity card or travel document for yourself and any dependants who are applying with you as specified in the application form, as evidence of your identity and nationality, unless it is not available for reasons beyond your control; • provide photographs of yourself and any dependants who are applying with you as specified in the application

In Page13 Section B there is no PBS Dependent . So we should select Tier1 Dep or Tier2 Dep .
But Spouse has already acquired BC . Is that Fine ?

Also I see in the application that Payslips, bankstatements are being asked for all applicants. Is it mandatory for Dep App also ?

When applying on a paper form, an applicant must normally use a current version of the paper specified application form. However; where the applicant submits an application on a previous version of an application form, this will be treated as made on a specified form so long as, at the date the application is, the version they use:
• is no more than 21 days out of date
• was previously specified for the immigration category under which the applicant is applying
