Just to inform people who uses SET(O) Form for their ILR application purpose that this form is updated today so use correct form for application made on or after 30 October 2017 for the purposes.
I hope that will help people who uses SET(O) Form for their settlement.
Thanks.
kUMARI16 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2017 7:58 pmHi,
I realized morning that SET (O) Form was updated today. I paid and booked an appointment on 10th October for a PEO appointment.
I have appointment in Next week tomorrow morning not next week. So I am thinking that I should submit the latest application SET(O) Form of OCT 2017 AND not APR 2017 Form, is that right. Please suggest!!
Thanks.

Nothing special has changed. The removal of those parts make the form simpler and more intuitive.sm12 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2017 11:37 pmThe latest version of the Set (O) ILR form has been updated and changes have been made to the Entrepreneur 5 year settlement part of the form. It has been shorter, with just two parts asking about job creation and continued business activity.
For example, the first part of the form, about confirming again that the investment was made during the initial period of leave, has been removed.
The last part on continous residence has also been removed from this section.
Perhaps this has been done because people were sending too many documents at this stage.

Thank you, exactly that what I have done at the moment. I have taken both forms printouts so that I can submit which ever is relevant. Also I believe we need to submit the new version because we are submitting on or after 3oth October.
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... n-v1.0.pdfWhen applying on a paper form, an applicant must normally use a current version of the paper specified application form. However; where the applicant submits an application on a previous version of an application form, this will be treated as made on a specified form so long as, at the date the application is, the version they use:
• is no more than 21 days out of date
• was previously specified for the immigration category under which the applicant is applying
