Hi Cr001,
I'm having few doubts, can you please clarify, your help will be much appreciated.
Tier1 general route, I have granted ILR on 2015 and got citizenship on 2016
My wife entered as pbs tier 1 dependant
She first granted visa on 03/03/13 until 30/01/15 and she first entered on 24/03/13
And first extension granted from 21/01/15 until 21/01/2018
My question here is, can she apply SET(o) form and how they calculate 5 years continuous residence, it's stamped date or entry date.
Thank you !
Abu

Hi There,
Same situation here, does anyone applied pbs dependant ILR with short of 32 days qualifying period.
Is it safe to apply ILR ? and continuous period calculation starts for pbs dependants from date of entry or date of arrival, please clarify.

PBS Dependents residence starts counting from date of ENTRY to the UK.
from date of entry or date of arrival
These two are the same thing.
Are you applying by post or in person?
Your dependent cannot apply for ILR any sooner than within 28 days before 24th March 2018.

Tier 1 PBS Dependant extension vary to SET(o) - Clarifications

Hi gurus,
I would like to get some advise on varying my wife and son's application from PBS Dependant extension to SET(o), here are the questions I have, your help will be much appreciated.
1.Applied for Tier -1 PBS extension applied via post on 15/01/2018 and Bio metric done on 21/01/2018 visa due on 25/01/2018
2.Acknowledgement recieved on 02/02/18 - still waiting for approval meantime,by 24/02/2018 - they are eligible for ILR (First entered UK on 23/03/2013 based on that 28 days eligible period starts from 24/02/2018)
3.Can I vary thier application via PEO ? the latest date available I can apply via PEO is 05/03/18, before making an appointment, do I need to write a letter to home office and state the reason for varying and stating that planning to apply via PEO ?
4.Once we send the varying application letter, do we need to wait for acknowledgement ?
4.Or can we book the appointment and cover letter explaining the situation - Please advise what is the best way to approach this.
Thanks
Abu

I think as per latest rules, she can apply within 28 days before 03/03/18 as her visa was granted on 03/03/13
Please correct, if I am wrong
