ILR - Application date URGENT!

Hi All,
Can you please help me with my confusion, I want to understand which is the earliest date i can make an application. I am was initially on HSMP JR (4 years) - > TIER 1 (G) and I have the absences mentioned below. Unfortunately i cannot move the dates as this will make me out of country more then 180 days specially in the first year 2014 - 2015. I was hoping to make an application in the first week of march and claim the below dates to be considered for my continuous period to make it 4 years of continuous stay..Can i do that?
Please help.
Most important my visa expires on 23 March 2018.

24 Mar 14 - 23 Mar 2015 180
24 Mar 15 - 23 Mar 2016 173
24 Mar 16 - 23 Mar 2017 168
