You only need absense letter for days outside UK, if you didn't go outside UK then no need of this letter.

If you did go outside UK and you didn't take any paid leave then that is a worry and will need explanation.

your original message said "i dint took any paid leave" so I was wondering if you didn't take any paid leave how you are worried about absense letter.

If you went outside UK, you must ask your employer to confirm that the days you went outside were PAID leave, only mentioning that you didn't take any unpaid leave is not sufficient.

Perhaps you can ask to confirm that all leaves that you took were paid annual leave.

No need for anything if you were on Tier 2 for 5 years.
