Hi All,
I have become PBS dependant of my husband (who is now a british citizen) on 4-Mar-2013 and valid until 14-Oct-2015
Then i applied for extension and got visa from 07-Nov-2015 to 07-Nov-2018.
I will be eligible for ILR in March 2018 after 5 yrs period. Can i apply for ILR in march or should i wait until my visa expires?
Also which application form should i user set(o) or set (M)?
Thanks a lot for your help
Regards
Jahnsi

You can apply once you meet the 5 year residence requirement in March. You can usually apply within 28 days before reaching 5 years.

Set(O).

Hi All,
I am about to apply for my ILR on pbs dependant route. I am not working and only my husband is working. So is it enough to show his bank statements and payslips to prove the financial requirement?
Thanks
Jhansi

There is no financial requirement for a PBS Dependent applying for ILR.

Hi All,
I ahve submitted my ILR on mar 16, same day appointment in croydon. I have not submitted my english language letter from NARIC, so the case worker asked me to submit that letter within 14 days.
They have not returned any documents to me.
I ahve submitted the lettr on Mar 21 by recorded delivery and its been received by Mar 22.
But I have not received any information from them, I could not contact them.
Is there any way I can contact them , anyone knows how long it takes to process my application?
Thanks a lot
Jhansi
