Dear All ,
i am currently on tier 2 general visa in uk.
what are mandatory doccuments to apply from tier 2 general to ILR ?
please can some body send me list of these doccuments
1. Application Form - SET (O)
2. Appointment Booking Checklist
3. Passport
4. Photos x2
5. Employer’s letter. Says that I’ll be employed for the foreseeable future, includes SOC code and salary details as well as a one liner confirming my only absence from the UK during five years.
6. Latest Payslip (Stamped and signed by HR or with a Letter confirming the payslip is authentic.)
7. Latest Bank Statement - 1 month
8. BRP
9. LIUK Pass Certificate
10. UK degree or NARIC statement of comparability with English assessment letter or English Language Test B1 Certificate
11. Photocopies of all documents except the form and checklist.
I think list above covers it all, but still I would like to request other to input if I missed something here.

Just latest salary slip.

Yes, but since your dependent is also applying it would be better to provide 3 months bank statements

You didn't ask for dependent in your post ..the list I gave above is for Tier 2 applicant as sole.
If your wife s also applying then you will need proof of cohabitation in form of official letter on her name with same address as yours, bank statements, council tax, NHS letters, driving license etc.

in set O FORM what does this line mean ?
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
what we have to produce/show for this ?

I think you no need to show any documents if your 5 years employment is on Tier2.

Your latest Tier 2 BRP issued to you will support this I reckon.

Owned by a relative would be applicable here.
Just out of curiosity, When is your ILR ?

Yes, you will be eligible in Jan 2019. So, plenty of time for you and rules keep changing. Keep calm and keep an eye on forum till you approach near the time. No point firing so many questions from Set O and expect volunteers to answer you when you are not applying in near future. Hope I am making sense to you?
By the time you will apply, this Set O form might be completely different to what you are going through now. Let volunteers focus on applicants who need help/support urgently. Thanks
