I am applying for ILR in about a week so would appreciate it if someone could please look at my list of documents and let me know whether I have missed anything:

Passport(s)
Biometric Permit
Application Form
2 Photos
Payment Details
Cover Letter

For employment requirement:
FPS
Payslips
Copies of proof to work
(Does the start date only have to be on the application form now, as the guidance doesn't specifically state that it has to be on FPS anymore?)

Engaged in business:
Current Appointment Report
Tax registration
Business bank statement or business bank letter

For the finances section:
Personal Bank Statements
Three months of payslips (and FPS?)

Life in the UK Test Results
UK Degree Certificate

P.S.: I did not take over an existing business, so wanted to confirm that I don't need a letter from an accountant for job creation?
Also, should I send P11, P45, etc, or leave these out?

List is ok.

No, not planning to. Are photocopies required?

As per page 85 on Set(O) form, 1st paragraph, it says to submit photocopies

Post I started has a different subject ‘need for a immigration advisor’.

Thank you. Just that there is so much paperwork to deal, but if the form explicitly states that, I will probably do so.

What would one send then when they ask for the following?

(ii) HM Revenue & Customs’ confirmation or equivalent evidence that the company is registered for corporation tax (if you are a director of the company), or that you are making tax returns within the self-assessment tax system (if you are a member of a partnership)

Not relevant to ILR as far as Appendix A and point scoring goes. That is an extension requirement

I think even business bank statements aren't needed, but I was thinking of sending them as they might help to support the genuine entrepreneur test?

This has nothing to do with genuine entrepreneur test. If necessary it will be asked

I had originally ordered a letter after seeing posts by ILR applicants who were saying this document was required, but am considering leaving out the tax document and bank letter as there's already too much paperwork to be sent.

Also, I am going to be changing my registered address but this will only be done after I have already applied. Would you recommend that I notify HO during the application process in case they need to conduct an interview?

Again no need for notifying HO. They will ask for extra documents. Focus on the required evidence only

I think the change of circumstances form only covers personal contact details, so I assumed I wouldn't necessarily need to notify them about the registered address change after applying, but thought I'd confirm.
