Tier 2 change of role in same company before ILR

Hi, I have been offered new role under Tier 2 General visa in same company. Before I was Developer. Now I am Support Developer which has responsinilities same as before and SOC code for this also comes under same category.

I am applying for my ILR in August. My question is -

1) Does my company HR need to tell UKBA or update my job role in UKBA site to new role i been offered

2) If my company doesnt need to inform UKBA since it comes under same category then when they give letter for ILR where they have to write my current role, if my manager writes as Support Developer which is my new position, then does this effect my ILR application?

As long as the SOC code remains same it is not a problem.

Salary slip and p60 amount for ILR eligibility

Hi, currently I am getting 36000PA which I know meets salary requirements for applying ILR. But one thing I want to confirm is about my salary slip and p60.

1) In my salary slip, it says 3000 on Salary field. And it deducts money for company share i am subscribed and pension and at the end, on Gross payment, it shows 2923.47. So since it says 3000 on Salary field, is this okay?

2) In p60, in field called In this employment, it shows 35,318.27. I am assuming this is because it doesn't include my pension pay and company share my money goes on every month. Does this cause any issue with my ILR?

You don't need P60 for ILR. You need last 3 months payslips and corresponding bank statements.
