Can DSAs will effect my future ILR application?

Hello. Good evening.
I am currently holding a Tier 4 students visa and planning to apply for Sole Rep visa in next few months when my visa nearly end.
Both of this visa are not allowed for "Public Fund".
Of course in the future, I want to apply for ILR as well.
But what questioning me is:
Does Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs) categorise as "Public fund"?
Will this affect my application when I apply for renewing Sole Rep Visa or ILR visa?

Disability Living Allowance is one of them.

From the bit of research I have done, although it is a public fund, and DLA (disability living allowance) would be considered for the purposes of immigration, I don't see anything for DSA for immigration purposes, also, it seems that be paid on top of student finance and is paid for the costs incurred because of one's studying. DLA is normally paid in 2 parts, mobility and care component.
You will need to go the college or university and speak with the finance department and ask them if this is allowed under immigration rules, even though your leave to remain clearly shows the no public funds endorsement.
Again, it isnt mentioned in the public funds for the purpose of immigration guidance, so it may be OK.

Thank you so much for both of your replies. I fully appreciated

And I will ask the school department as well.

You are not allowed to get DSA unless you are a citizen of certain countries (Malaysians are NOT allowed to get DSA)

Thanks for the correction, was unsure about this one.
Although, could this be an admin error if the OP is receiving the public fund that they are not entitled to?
