Fellow members, can you help me with my case please

Visa category: Tier 2 General

First Visa stamp dates
From-27-08-2013
To - 26-09-2015

Visa Renewed
From- 24-10-2015
To - 10-10-2017

Visa Renewed (With new employer)
From - 27-09-2017
To - 10-09-2019

Date of first entry to UK - 10-Sept 2013.
No holidays taken more than 3 weeks in any year

Finished first employment on: 31-Aug-2017
Started new employment on: 02-Oct-2017 (32 Days Gap between employments)

Clarifications needed
- Shall I Count 5 Years from the date of Entry(10-Sept 2013) or from Visa stamp date(27-08-2013). On what date I should take the appointment for ILR.
- I have 32 days of gap between leaving a job and starting new one. Does it affect my case in any way.
I've been told. I will have to account for these days by not counting these days in my calculation of 5 years.
e.g If I finish 5 years on 26-07-2018. I shall apply after 32 days over 26-07-2018.

Thank you

From visa stamp date.

No effect on ILR. Don't listen to 'what you have been told'. It is not true.

Hello members,

I have a query about date of appointment for ILR application. I've booked an appointment for 01-08-2018 based on visa stamped date of 26-08-2013.

First Visa Stamped: 26-08-2013
Entered UK: 09-09-2013

5 years complete at 26 Aug 2018 - 28 days - 29 July 2018
5 years complete at 09 Sept 2018 - 28 days - 12 Aug 2018

Please can you confirm, have I chosen the date of 01-Aug-2018 correctly or do I need to postpone it to some later date.

Thanks in advance,
Regards

The answer has not changed since April when you asked the same question!!!

have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

Fellow members,

I've booked an ILR appointment and have a query about.
Last 5 years I've lived in UK. All years before that were spent in India. What do I answer the question below. The wordings are a bit confusing.

"Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?"

I've answered NO and booked the appointment. I cant make any further change to it.

1. Is my answer correct.

2. If its not correct, can I do anything to change it.

Thanks

The answer is YES obviously as you have lived elsewhere, i.e. your country of birth. Change it by hand on the printout of your online form.
