My Question is similar , i want to know when i can apply for ILR,
my time line is,
Got Tier 1 Entrepreneur on 27/01/2014 200k
Entered uk on 01/04/2014
Applied Extension on 27/05/2017
Dec 2017 Ho asked me to submit FPS Submission with P11 , Submitted .
Jan 2018 Partial IHS Refunded.
April 2018 Contact Ho For update , same answer like every one got ,
After that no Update

My question is
1-when i can apply ILR ? Got visa 27/01/2014 so 28 ealier, 30/12/2018 ???
or
Entered in uk on 01/04/2014 so 03/03/2019 ??

2- I Have /Had 5 to 8 employee all the time

2 Employee Started 07/04/2016 still working Full Time
1 started on 01/07/2016 still working Full Time
1 started 01/05/2017 still working Full Time
1 start work on 01/04/2018 still working Full Time
Couple of Part timers Worked For Couple Of Months

3- If there is No Out come of Extension Application till ILR date ,can i apply for ILR ??

You can vary your application to ILR if you get to that date.

Even if your extension is approved, you will still be able to apply for your ILR in December. So, would be worth planning for your LIUK test if you have not done so yet.
