UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

I'm wondering which date should i put in 6.1 and 6.12? Should be 10 Sep 2013 correct?

2. 6.13 Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted
since 11 January 2018? If yes, go to next question. If no, go to section 7.

Based on our circumstance, we don't need to fill in my wife's absence correct?

Correct, no need to fill any absences until 11 Jan 2018. If there are any absences since 11 Jan 2018, just mention those just in case.

Thanks for the reply. if that's the case, Should i still tick the NO box and attach a note detailing the absence after 11 Jan 2018 for my wife, OR should i tick the YES box but only listing the absence after 11 Jan 2018? Thanks
