T2 -> ILR SET(O) paper form questions, please help!

Hello everyone,

I'm filling my paper form July/2018 version for my upcoming ILR appointment.

My wife and i granted T2 visa (3+2) the same time, the first entry clearance is on 26 Aug 2013 (we entered into UK on 10 Sep 2013). Our Tier 2 extension leave to remain granted on 12 March 2016.

Please find below questions:

1. 6.1 and 6.12 When did you (the dependant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the
UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

I'm wondering which date should i put in 6.1 and 6.12? Should be 10 Sep 2013 correct?


2. 6.13 Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted
since 11 January 2018? If yes, go to next question. If no, go to section 7.

Based on our circumstance, we don't need to fill in my wife's absence correct?

Thanks for the reply. if that's the case, Should i still tick the NO box and attach a note detailing the absence after 11 Jan 2018 for my wife, OR should i tick the YES box but only listing the absence after 11 Jan 2018? Thanks

Simply select 'No' in 6.13. Also, in 6.14, just tick No.
